For unworn earrings, in the rare case that your order arrives defective, wrong, or any reason you are not satisfied, please email zelynaverse@gmail.com within 30 days to initiate a free return.   No return or exchange requests can be accepted after 30 days.

To ensure hygiene and safety, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings that have been worn. We stand by the quality of every ZELYNA piece and will always make it right for you if there is an issue. 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed!

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

• Final Sale: Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
